All the infrastructure of Reserva Pituba was planned and carefully put into motion during 20 years. We adopted all precautions in order that nothing was removed from its original site or replaced, doing things almost as ‘handcraft’ to build all the necessary infrastructure so that no detail was forgotten or ignored.
The 400 km irrigation network, the optical fiber cables, the electric network and water and sewage treatment by biodigesters were carefully underground installed, where all the earth and vegetation removed during the process was put back in its rightful place after the infrastructure underground installation. Consequently, the environment could recompose itself in a natural way and without any disruption whatsoever.
Artistic Perspective
Beach Club and Bungalows
The Reserva Pituba’s Beach Club will be a real social center with 6 bungalows, 12 rooms, bar, restaurant, dressing rooms, swimming pools and services aimed towards beach activities with a project by Una Barbara and Valentim Arquitetos.
DESPITE BEING CLOSE TO THE CAPITAL MACEIÓ AND EASY ACCESS, THE RESERVA PITUBA WAS AN UNKNOWN HEAVEN UNTIL NOW.

With a design signed by Dan Blankenship, the Golf Course of the development will feature 9 holes and 18 tee-offs in Links style, in addition to the clubhouse and a driving range.

Within the Reserva Pituba development, the inauguration of an international beachfront hotel is planned.
SPORTS AND ADVENTURE
In addition to the activities provided by nature, you will have at your service a gym and a Poly Athletic Club with tennis and poly athletic courts, soccer field and other sport activities, in addition to circuit training for running and biking.
CULTURAL ACTIVITES CENTER
The Reserva Pituba’s Cultural Activities Center will keep alive the traditional artistic expression of the Northeastern people, with exhibitions and courses. It will have a small shopping center, community center, hospitality and events center with a unique mix that combines different periods and ethnic groups from the most remote regions.
