The Casas da Praia of Reserva Pituba are properties located right in front of the beach. Carolina Proto is the architect responsible for the first 10 houses, in an advanced stage of construction, while Bernardes Arquitetura office’s is in charge of the architecture for an additional 7 projects.

CAROLINA PROTO DESIGN’s HOUSES
The 10 first houses, already under construction, will have 648 sq m of built area, with the option of 4 or 5 suites, balconies, and glass walls so light can flow allowing a closer contact with its surrounding luxuriant nature.
BERNARDES ARQUITETURA DESIGN’s HOUSES
The 7 houses designed by Bernardes Arquitetura, leaded by the architect Thiago Bernardes, have 1000 sq m of built area on plots of 3500 sq m, result from projects executed with a genuine passion inherited through three generations of renowned architects. This aims to further enhance the unique and sophisticated landscape of Reserva Pituba with its distinctive style.
At the back, each plot will have its own share of native forest, while in the front, the coconut trees up to the shoreline create a natural garden leading to a lavishing view at each sunrise listening to the waves sound.
